Mindy Danna is known by her clients as an individual who balances a dynamic, personable style with a substantive approach to problem solving. For the last 17 years she has applied that rare combination of skills to non-profit and professional services organizations to develop and facilitate performance based programs and deliver results based on organizational goals. She is a master of “the art and science” of effective communication which has been the foundation for helping her clients in the areas of leadership, client and organizational development.

Mindy’s experience includes leadership and P&L responsibility for teams within Fortune 500 companies. Charged with leading teams, increasing sales and managing relationships with Fortune 500 clients, she understands how to develop and leverage individual and team performance for success in the marketplace. This experience gives her a true understanding and empathy for the challenges clients face in maximizing their human capital to achieve their business results.
Mindy is a frequent guest-lecturer at UCLA, Loyola University, and Antioch University on organizational effectiveness topics, including training and development processes, linking instructional design to performance outcomes, career development, group/team dynamics and facilitation skills.
Mindy has a degree in International Relations from Rollins College and spent a year studying political science and economics at the Universidad de Los Andes in Bogotá,˘ Colombia. She has continued her post-graduate work in the areas of Organization Development and Human Resources Development at Harvard, UCLA and Antioch University.
On a personal note, Mindy and her husband Paul, a commercial architect, are the parents of two daughters. She applies her leadership and facilitation skills to improving team effectiveness and communication at their elementary school, most recently organizing and managing the successful implementation of a conflict resolution/anti-bullying curriculum.
